D\u0148a <strong>5. janu\u00e1ra 2020<\/strong> bola pr\u00ed\u010dina z\u00e1hadn\u00e9ho ochorenia identifikovan\u00e1 ako nov\u00fd kme\u0148 koronav\u00edrusu. V nasleduj\u00facich t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och sa v\u00edrus roz\u0161\u00edril do \u010doraz v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho po\u010dtu kraj\u00edn na celom svete. D\u0148a <strong>11. febru\u00e1ra 2020<\/strong> bol v\u00edrus pomenovan\u00fd ako \u201ekoronav\u00edrus \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9ho ak\u00fatneho respira\u010dn\u00e9ho syndr\u00f3mu 2\u201c (SARS-CoV-2, anglick\u00fd n\u00e1zov severe acute respiratory syndrome), zatia\u013e \u010do choroba, ktor\u00fa vyvolal, bola ozna\u010den\u00e1 ako \u201ekoronav\u00edrusov\u00e1 choroba 2019\u201c (COVID-19). D\u0148a <strong>11. marca 2020<\/strong> Svetov\u00e1 zdravotn\u00edcka organiz\u00e1cia vyhl\u00e1sila epid\u00e9miu COVID-19 za glob\u00e1lnu pand\u00e9miu. Najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie aspekty s\u00fa\u010dasnej pand\u00e9mie by mohli zosta\u0165 v \u00fazad\u00ed, pokia\u013e ide o vplyv na zdravie obyvate\u013estva a soci\u00e1lne obmedzenia. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine kraj\u00edn vy\u010derpala syst\u00e9my zdravotnej starostlivosti a sp\u00f4sobila dlhotrvaj\u00face soci\u00e1lne, hospod\u00e1rske a politick\u00e9 kr\u00edzy. Zmenil sa aj sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm pracujeme a komunikujeme s in\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. \u010co je v\u0161ak d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie, aspekty ako mo\u017enos\u0165 kontaktu a hrozba ochorenia na COVID-19, nariadenia zameran\u00e9 na obmedzenie \u0161\u00edrenia v\u00edrusu, ako napr\u00edklad dodr\u017eiavanie pravidiel obmedzenia pohybu, re\u0161pektovanie soci\u00e1lneho odstupu a karant\u00e9ny, viedli k zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu spolo\u010densk\u00e9mu stresu, ktor\u00fd ovplyvnil na\u0161e psychick\u00e9 zdravie.<br><br>V priebehu pand\u00e9mie sa v USA v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det dospel\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed nahl\u00e1sili pr\u00edznaky \u00fazkosti a depresie, a to <strong>z 1 na 4 z 10 dospel\u00fdch<\/strong> v porovnan\u00ed s obdob\u00edm pred vypuknut\u00edm pand\u00e9mie. Mnoh\u00ed dospel\u00ed tie\u017e uviedli niektor\u00e9 <strong>ne\u017eiaduce \u00fa\u010dinky, ktor\u00e9 mali dopad na ich psychick\u00fa a fyzick\u00fa pohodu<\/strong>, vr\u00e1tane por\u00fach stravovania a sp\u00e1nku. Uv\u00e1dzali tie\u017e nadmern\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvanie alkoholu a psychoakt\u00edvnych l\u00e1tok, zhor\u0161enie chronick\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed v d\u00f4sledku stresu a \u00fazkosti vyvolanej koronav\u00edrusom.<br><br>Koronav\u00edrus mal ve\u013ek\u00fd vplyv aj na rodinn\u00fa dynamiku. Obmedzenie pohybu a pr\u00e1ca z domu viedli k v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9mu nap\u00e4tiu v stiesnen\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch podmienkach. V d\u00f4sledku toho maj\u00fa nieko\u013eko rizikov\u00fdch faktorov, ktor\u00e9<strong> ich robia n\u00e1chylnej\u0161\u00edmi na COVID-19. Je <\/strong>napr\u00edklad zn\u00e1me, \u017ee pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 in\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed (komorbid\u00edt) <strong>zvy\u0161uje mieru \u00famrtnosti os\u00f4b chor\u00fdch na COVID-19<\/strong>. Viac ako <strong>70 %<\/strong> \u013eud\u00ed so schizofr\u00e9niou trp\u00ed jednou alebo viacer\u00fdmi komorbiditami, ako s\u00fa cukrovka 2. typu, respira\u010dn\u00e9 a srdcovocievne ochorenia. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu je priemern\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka \u017eivota \u010dloveka so schizofr\u00e9niou o <strong>15 rokov<\/strong> krat\u0161ia v porovnan\u00ed s \u013eu\u010fmi bez tejto poruchy.<br><br>Okrem toho je v pr\u00edpade hospitaliz\u00e1cie s respira\u010dn\u00fdm ochoren\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161ia miera ich prijatia na jednotky intenz\u00edvnej starostlivosti, ako aj potreba mechanickej ventil\u00e1cie. V porovnan\u00ed s ostatn\u00fdmi pacientmi je tie\u017e vy\u0161\u0161ia pravdepodobnos\u0165 respira\u010dn\u00e9ho zlyhania a \u00famrtia v nemocnici. Celkovo mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed so schizofr\u00e9niou patr\u00ed aspo\u0148 do jednej zn\u00e1mej rizikovej skupiny a v pr\u00edpade hospitaliz\u00e1cie m\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko z\u00e1va\u017enej\u0161ieho klinick\u00e9ho stavu z d\u00f4vodu COVID-19.<br><br>V skuto\u010dnosti <strong>\u013eudia so schizofr\u00e9niou maj\u00fa dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 riziko hospitaliz\u00e1cie s ochoren\u00edm COVID-19 <\/strong>ako t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed t\u00fato poruchu nemaj\u00fa, a pod\u013ea novej \u0161t\u00fadie je u nich trikr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161ia pravdepodobnos\u0165 \u00famrtia na COVID-19. Toto vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko nemo\u017eno vysvetli\u0165 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165ou srdcovocievnych ochoren\u00ed, cukrovky alebo faj\u010denia, teda faktorov, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u010dajne skracuj\u00fa \u017eivot \u013eud\u00ed so schizofr\u00e9niou.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-rea-paragraph-rea-paragraph-block rea-paragraph-block front\"><div class=\"rea-paragraph-block__content\"><p class=\"content-text\">V\u00fdsledky \u0161t\u00fadie nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee zranite\u013enos\u0165 os\u00f4b so schizofr\u00e9niou vo\u010di v\u00edrusov\u00fdm infekci\u00e1m, ako je COVID-19, m\u00f4\u017ee s\u00favisie\u0165 s biologickou podstatou tejto poruchy. Zmeny v dennom re\u017eime, \u00fazkos\u0165 z rozsiahlej izol\u00e1cie, obavy z kontaktu s chorobou alebo strata \u010dlena rodiny v d\u00f4sledku COVID-19 by tie\u017e mohli p\u00f4sobi\u0165 ako <strong>d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010de.<\/strong><br><br>St\u00e1le nevieme, ako dlhodob\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky ochorenia COVID-19 (tzv. \u201epost-COVID syndr\u00f3m\u201c) zasahuj\u00fa do prirodzen\u00e9ho priebehu schizofr\u00e9nie. Niektor\u00e9 z t\u00fdchto \u00fa\u010dinkov, ako napr\u00edklad poruchy sp\u00e1nku, probl\u00e9my s n\u00e1ladou a \u00fazkos\u0165ou alebo pr\u00edznaky podobn\u00e9 posttraumatickej stresovej poruche (PTSD), v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 negat\u00edvne d\u00f4sledky a m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 kvalitu \u017eivota v\u00e1\u0161ho bl\u00edzkeho.<br><br>Pand\u00e9mia zmenila aj ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot \u013eud\u00ed so schizofr\u00e9niou t\u00fdm, \u017ee im poskytla \u201emun\u00edciu\u201c pre ich bludy. Jednou z charakterist\u00edk schizofr\u00e9nie je, \u017ee neust\u00e1le h\u013ead\u00e1 nov\u00e9 ciele, nov\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu sta\u0165 predmetom bludov.
